Brittany’s leadership focuses on clear communication, transparency, and building a company culture rooted in trust. She’s passionate about ensuring every client not only loves the final result but also feels confident and cared for throughout the entire process.

Matt Hunkin, COO, brings over 15 years of technical experience from his service as a Damage Controlman (DC1) in the U.S. Coast Guard — the inspiration behind our name. At sea, Matt led crews through firefighting, flood containment, and critical structural repairs to keep ships afloat and crews safe. On land, that same precision, discipline, and problem-solving mindset guide every project we take on. His craftsmanship and dependability are the backbone of DC1’s reputation for quality work done right.
